Our Philosophy
Gracie Jiu-jitsu is grounded in self-defense. At Borras BJJ our curriculum is based around Helio Gracie's Master Text and the proven concept that a smaller, weaker person can defend themselves against a larger, stronger assailant by using proper technique and leverage.
Class is the place to relieve stress, learn and forget all of your worries.
